My package has been shipped but hasn't moved for a few days. What do I do?

  • Carrier shipping time may vary based on a variety of factors including what carrier you select at checkout, where you live, and current weather conditions across the US. Ballard Bikini does not assume responsibility for delayed packages. If your package has not updated on the tracking page, please contact the carrier first. We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for slow or delayed shipping time. We highly recommend utilizing UPS at checkout over other carriers, as we have seen the fewest cases of lost or delayed packages with UPS. If you select USPS, we highly recommend using Priority Mail as these packages are insured by USPS. If shipment tracking hasn't updated for over 30 days, please contact us and we will also open a case with the carrier. 

What is your shipping time?

  • We usually ship orders within 2-3 business days of online order confirmation though most orders ship same day if placed before 3pm PST. Ballard Bikini is currently a very small business, so there may be instances where an order may take a week to ship if we are on vacation, have a launch or sale resulting in a high influx of orders, or other delays (you will be immediately e-mailed if we expect order fulfillment to be longer than 2-3 business days). If you need your order by a specific day, we recommend ordering early and selecting either USPS priority mail at checkout or UPS as these options result in the fewest delays. If you need an order fulfilled sooner than 2-3 business days, please send us an email via our contact page.

What is your returns policy?

  • We have a page dedicated to our returns policy. View policy HERE. Please know we are flexible and willing to discuss any frustrations or sizing issues. Please send an email via our contact page if you have any concerns. 

What if I need to cancel my order?

  • You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of order confirmation. Most orders ship same day or next day, so if your item has already been shipped we cannot cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order, please email within 12 hours of order confirmation with your order number and explanation of the situation and we will be happy to help!
