Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags, etc. Items with deodorant marks will not be refunded.
Items in the clearance section of our website as well as all merch are FINAL SALE. Sorry, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on these items.
Items from our RIBBED COLLECTION will only be eligible for store credit. If you'd like to return an item from our ribbed collection only store credit will be provided upon Ballard Bikini receiving back your item.
Items from our Safari and Retro Collections are eligible for a full refund up to 14 days after you received your set. Items from our Mens Collection is also eligible for a full refund up to 14 days after you received your set.
Clearance items are not eligible for exchanges.
To exchange an item from our Safari, Retro, Ribbed, or Mens collections, please mail back the item that doesn't fit and then place you replacement order online. Again, for items in the ribbed collection, we will only be providing store credit once received back so you may want to wait to place your replacement order. However, limited quantities are available and we do not hold items for customers.
Purchasing during a Sale or Promotion such as black friday sale, etc. - only store credit will be provided if you need to return or exchange. All sales on clearance items are final.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please either include your order number or your order confirmation email when sending back your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We never refund shipping.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. In some cases, store credit may be provided for sale items, clearance items, or items on a promotion/sale.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6041 California Ave SW #302, Seattle, WA 98136
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and no refund will be given for unreceived items.
Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via our contact page to cancel your order. If your item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you should follow the steps to return your item. Order cancellation requests should be sent within 12 hours of order confirmation.
